Title: Harnessing Digital Media Technologies for Sustainable Development in Nigeria Fintech Banks

Abstract: Background: Digital media technology has significantly transformed the banking sector by promoting financial inclusion, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting sustainability. Despite its potential, there is a limited understanding of how these technologies can be effectively harnessed by Fintech banks in Nigeria to drive sustainable economic development. Objective: This study investigates the adoption of digital media technologies by Nigerian Fintech banks, focusing on their impact on customer experience, service delivery, and operational efficiency. Method: The study adopted mixed method (quantitative and qualitative. Data were collected from 100 Fintech bank customers through questionnaires. Result: result indicate that technologies such as mobile apps, online platforms, and data analytics have significantly simplified operations, reduced costs, and improved profitability. These findings underscore the crucial role of digital media technology in driving sustainable development within Nigeria's Fintech sector, particularly by enhancing financial inclusion and operational efficiency. Conclusion: Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that digital media technology serves as a powerful tool for Fintech banks in promoting sustainable economic development. It enables financial inclusion, innovation, access to finance, data-driven decision making, customer engagement, and job creation. By harnessing the potential of digital media technology, Fintech banks can drive positive change and contribute to a more inclusive and resilient economy. Unique contribution: By addressing this gap in the literature, the study highlights the importance of further leveraging digital media technologies to foster sustainability in the Nigerian Fintech landscape. Key recommendation: Consequently, it is recommended that Fintech banks continue to expand their use of digital media technologies while policymakers create an enabling environment for these innovations to thrive.
